What courses are available at Toptech Academy?

Modules span electrical technology, alternative energy, data centre management, HVAC and cooling, structured cabling, fire safety, risk management, emergency preparedness, leadership and maintenance technology. Each is delivered at Foundational, Developmental or Advanced level.

Who can enrol?

New entrants, technicians already working in the field, facility and operations staff, and professionals moving into engineering or data centre roles. The Foundational level assumes no prior technical background.

Who are the instructors?

Practising Toptech engineers and project leads who deliver live infrastructure work — data centres, power systems, cooling and security — alongside their teaching. You learn current practice, not textbook theory.

How long is each programme?

Foundational runs 3 – 4 days, Developmental 5 – 8 days, and Advanced 8 – 10 days. Cohort schedules and intensive formats can be arranged for corporate groups.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Every participant who completes a level and meets the assessment criteria receives the certificate for that level, up to the Advanced Diploma Certificate.

Is the training delivered online or in person?

Training is primarily in person, because practical workshops and supervised equipment work are central to the programme. Selected theory modules can be delivered remotely for corporate cohorts.

What are the fees?

Fees vary by level, cohort size and whether the training is delivered at our facility or on your site. Contact us with your requirements and we will send a written breakdown.

Where does the next cohort begin?

Cohorts run from our Lagos training facility, and on-site delivery is available at client premises nationwide. Get in touch for the current intake calendar.

What skills will I gain?
