Announcing our new Group Managing Director

The Board of Toptech Engineering Limited has appointed Engr. Adedeji Samson Adeniyi as the new Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective from 1^st April 2021. He will replace the outgoing Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Engr. Adekunle Aderemi Odeyimka.

Adedeji a young and vibrant Engineer is currently one of the Executive Directors, leading product development, joint venture management, customer fulfillment, marketing coordination and revenue generation. Aside serving in this capacity he is also the Managing Director of Discrete Technology Limited a subsidiary of the company.

Adedeji graduated in 1992 from the University of Ibadan where he bagged a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, he obtained a Masters degree in Engineering Management from the University of Port Harcourt in 1998, his passion for education and professionalism was a driving force to obtain another post graduate degree; Master of Business Administration (in Marketing) from the University of Liverpool UK, and currently a doctoral student of the same school.  He has attended many technical trainings both locally and overseas with organizations like Vertiv, Uptime, CNET, HIREF, Schneider, Honeywell and others. He is an active member of Nigeria society of Engineers, COREN, a Certified Data Center Design Professional and an Uptime ATD expert.

Adedeji brings to this position over 27 years rich experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development and Engineering.  Adedeji aside his corporate experience, supports initiatives that involves mentoring, leadership and people management through his “Oil4yourlamp” foundation a coaching platform whose objective is to train both the youth and the underprivileged.
