TOPTECH Academy Flagship Programme
The flagship offering of TOPTECH Academy is the Action Learning Diploma Programme.
This is the Action Learning Diploma Programme, which is structured into three progressive levels. Each level runs for approximately 3–4 months and combines intensive classroom instruction with hands-on practical engagement, including laboratory simulations and real-life field experience. This blended approach is deliberately designed to develop well-rounded, industry-ready datacentre and critical infrastructure professionals.

The Action Learning Diploma Programme is delivered across three progressive levels as follows
Foundational Level:
Focuses on building core technical knowledge and fundamental competencies in datacentre operations, electrical systems, and professional practice.
Developmental Level:
Expands on the foundational knowledge with deeper technical exposure, applied systems integration, and hands-on project-based learning in real operational environments.
Advanced Level:
Designed to produce highly skilled professionals capable of managing complex datacentre ecosystems, leading technical teams, and delivering integrated infrastructure solutions. This level is currently being further structured as part of our Graduate Engineer Training Programme curriculum development.
Toptech Academy Delivery & Impact
Since inception, the Academy has successfully delivered:
- Five (5) cohorts of the Foundational Level programme, training a diverse pool of participants across relevant engineering and technical disciplines free of charge.
- One (1) Developmental Level programme, executed specifically for Sterling Bank staff, tailored to their operational and infrastructure needs.
In addition, TOPTECH Academy is actively enhancing its Advanced Level curriculum to align with industry demands and internal capacity-building objectives, particularly within our Graduate Engineer Training Programme framework.
